📝 How to Apply
1. Application via Form
Please fill out the required information (name, contact info, SNS account URLs, etc.) in the dedicated form below to apply.
2. Review & Code Issuance
Please note that we will only contact applicants who have been selected to join the program.
Referral codes are for use only by the registered ambassador and cannot be transferred.
3. Content Creation & Reward Issuance
Share the appeal of Hmlet along with your referral code on your social media.
If the referred friend moves in using the code, rewards will be issued at the end of the month following the new resident's move-in month.
Issuance of Rewards:
- The rewards will be sent to both parties via email through the digital gift platform Tremendous at the end of the month following the confirmation of the referred customer's move-in.
- If the referred friend's application is canceled or does not result in a signed lease, the reward will not be granted.
- The details and duration of this campaign are subject to change without prior notice.

- Account Visibility: Please ensure your account is set to public, as private accounts cannot be reviewed for the program.
- Selection Notification: Please note that we will only contact applicants who have been selected to join the program. Expect to hear from us within approximately one week of your application.
- The details of this campaign and the reward amounts are subject to change or termination without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates or operational circumstances.
- This reward will be delivered using an external reward delivery service designated by our company. You agree that your name and email address may be provided to the service provider to the extent necessary for the delivery of the reward.
- Please handle any tax returns or tax payments related to receiving this reward at your own responsibility in accordance with the laws and regulations of each country.
- This reward cannot be combined with other discounts. If a tenant uses a different discount during the move-in process, the referrer will not be eligible to receive the reward. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please note that this program cannot be combined with other promotions or campaigns.
- This program does not apply to current tenants who wish to extend their lease, move to a different unit within the same property, or move to a different Hmlet property.
- If you cancel a lease you have already signed, you will not be eligible for this program when reapplying.
- This program does not apply to corporate leases. It applies only to individual leases.
